ReplyIt will probably not be the popular choice, but I agree with Greg. Since when is "Development" such an evil word? It's not like people are going to move in and build a trash dump and a trailer park. I would like to see some high-end dare I say mansions *gasp* along this stretch of the shore. Rich people have a habit of spending money where they live.

ReplyI have a theory about the brake lights assuming this was on purpose. He gunned it to hit the deer and realized at the last second he might actually damage his truck. Little free venison worth expensive body work?

ReplyI used to live in the apartment building right next to the bridge in Saukville. It was wild years ago when the entire peninsula park, all of our parking lot, and most of the yard was under water. Had to park the car a block away. Grady park was under water that year too. Probably 2005 or so??

ReplyIt wouldn't fit in that space of course, but a second run theater, ala the Rivoli in Cedarburg would be awesome. I'm too cheap for current movies and too lazy to drive to Cedarburg.

ReplyTom, it's my opinion there's room in town for this "club" and a completely public park. Both would balance out the pros and cons nicely.

You've got a point but really, what's the difference? Even though there's probably never been an incident there's no harm in moving it to an empty legion hall or something. Voting in schools never should have been the norm to begin with.

I flip between channels 4 and 6 in the morning. It never even occurs to me to tune into 12 or 58. Can't tell you why exactly, just personal preference.

Are dogs (leashed) welcome in the park? I know they aren't allowed in the bird sanctuary part, last time I checked.
