Aging Doesn't Have to Look Old

The Port Washington Adult Community Senior Center offers a modern look with programs for people as young as 55. Learn more about the organization during National Senior Center month.

The Port Washington Adult Community Senior Center achieved 40 years of service to the community this year, and September gives the organization another reason to celebrate.

This month recognizes National Senior Center month, and aims to promote a "positive image of aging," according to the National Council on Aging's website.

"We hope this helps the community understand the opportunities for adults to pursue interests," Port center's Executive Director Catherine Kiener said.
