Week Ahead: Honor Flight Art Show Opens, Plus Plenty of Holiday Sales

Christmas Craft Sale and Silent Auction

Purchase some locally made gifts at the Port Washington Adult Community Senior Center. The sale is open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Holiday season open house

Stop by Sentry starting at 10 a.m. Saturday for samples, raffles, and free pictures with Santa for kids from the group.  Also while you're at the store, spend $100 and get a chance to reach in the grab box and pick a gift certificate from one of our local businesses. This drawing lasts through Sunday.

Stars and Stripes Honor Flight Art Show

An opening reception and viewing will be held for the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight Art Show, which will be on display throughout December at Blue Heron Artisan's Gallery in Port. The event starts at 11 a.m. Saturday, and tells the Honor Flight story by letting you walk through a chronology of an Honor Flight trip.

Annual Cookie Walk

St John's Lutheran Church & Academy is hosting its 10th annual Cookie Walk with cookies and candles for sale starting at 9 a.m. Saturday.

9th Annual Cookie/Bake Sale & Holiday Bazaar

The 9th annual cookie and variety bake sale is sponsored by the Saukville Area Historical Society at the Saukville Crossroads Museum, and features carious homemade baked goods, candies, cookies will be available at the sale. Also on hand will be Christmas bags and paper, and other bazaar items. The sale runs from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday.
