Do you remember your first crush? Maybe it was in 5th grade, you both spent recess playing hopscotch together. Or, maybe it was your first middle school dance and you snagged a date with "the one." Maybe it was in high school, when you first got your driver's license and went out for dinner and a movie. But, now it's your kids date for their first crush β€” wait a minute, what? Yes, that's right β€” your child is likely to start dating at one point in their life. But is there an age that is too early to start dating? What age is appropriate? Should there be different rules in place for kids dating at a younger age, versus rules when they are older? How much supervision do you think is appropriate?
