Man Complains About 'Non-existent' McDonald's Order

Staff at McDonald's called police to complain because the man has done this several times, apparently fraudulently.

A Sheboygan man apparently tried his luck at a recurring scam he tries to pull on McDonald's, but staff weren't falling for it.

Police called the 43-year-old man at 3:15 p.m. Oct. 10 in an attempt to connect regarding an incident at the Port Washington McDonald's. According to police reports, the man called staff to complain of an order he said he placed and picked up the previous evening. McDonald’s had no record of it.

The manager told police the man is suspected of having done the same thing at other McDonald’s, where he complains of an order that was never placed and demands his money back, the reports said. He was advised he's no longer allowed at McDonald's.
