Neighbors Point BB Gun at Neighbor While Shooting Fence
The neighbor called the cops because the men were hitting his fence with BBs.
A 20-year-old Port man is facing a disorderly conduct citation after pointing a BB gun at a neighbor.
The man along with his 20-year-old friend, also of Port, were shooting the BB guns in the 700 block of North Wisconsin Street, and hitting a neighbor's fence, according to police reports. The neighbor came out to ask what was going on, and one of the 20-year-olds pointed his BB gun at the neighbor.
The neighbor called the cops at 5:07 p.m. Sept. 6, the report said. The two were also were cited for discharge of weapons, and the BB guns were confiscated.
