Police noticed the yellow paint transfer on the man's car, and were able to trace it to a yellow traffic sign that was down at Plaza Drive, the entrance to Wal-Mart, the report said.

The man’s car was towed and he was issued municipal citations for hit and run property adjacent to highway, failure to notify Police of an accident, and inattentive driving.  A driver condition report was also done on the man and will be sent to the Department of Transportation.
