Port Police Report: Teen Passes Out on Apartment Stairs, Cited for Underage Drinking

A roundup of the latest activity from the police blotter also includes loud moped honking, egged vehicles, tampering of bedroom windows and loose dogs.

There's a few rules of thumb to consider when heading out on the town — don't drink and drive, don't fall asleep with your shoes on (or become victim to whatever antics your friends decide) and don't pass out in a place (or position) that will later come back to haunt you.

Unfortunately for this 19-year-old Port Washington man, haunt him it will.

Police responded to his apartment at 2:27 a.m. March 18 in the 1500 block of West Portview Drive, where the man had been found passed out on the stairs, outside of his apartment.
