Bike Vs. Car Collision Results in Zero Injuries, Police Say

A teenager riding a bike struck the vehicle from behind while it was making a turn.

A bicycle and vehicle collision luckily ended with no injuries.

A 44-year-old Port Washington woman called to report the incident at 8:14 a.m. Friday, according to police reports. The woman told Port Washington officers she had been turning westbound onto West Grand Avenue from North Park Street when the boy on the bicycle collided with her vehicle from behind.

The 13-year-old, who had been traveling on the sidewalk, was uninjured.
